Ro Bin -Evangelist

Salai Isaac plays the piano or keyboard during Sunday services and other worship events. At the same time he is teaching hymns, worship songs to church and active in his dedication to the Lord. He is also youth secretary in the Church.

Ro Bin takes the role of evangelist and has a passion for the lost and for the spiritual growth of those won to Christ. He is a man who always look for a way to reach people with Christ by many different way and bring them to the church for experiencing/ learning more about God the Creator. He married with Sui Zo Lay and blessed with one daughter.

Mana Chang is active youth leader, worship leader and is talented in leading the youth and give his full service to the church and is dedicated person. He has also a passion to reach the lost souls and was actively involved in sharing the gospel. He married with May Kha Lar and blessed with two kids.

The church was founded on 11th January 2015 by faith in God alone with few believers and in response to a vision given to Ptr. Tun Lin, aspires to be a Great Commission Church to be the light of Christ in Myanmar and in the world. There were only Ptr. Tun's family in the first meeting. They first met in rent house. Slowly and steadily, the church began to grow as more dedicated people joined the group and it gradually spread to some parts of Yangon City. God is faithful and gracious! Our prayer is that we will continue to be faithful to Him and continue to grow in faith as we serve Him.

Our Mission

The mission of Hope Christian Church is to reach people with the gospel of Christ, make disciples, develop leaders, and plant churches. The mission of Hope Christian Church is “To glorify God by preaching His Word; to bring new believers into the fold of Christ and to teach and encourage them with sound, biblical instruction thus building fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.”(2 Tim. 4: 2).

1. To reach people for Christ, to disciple them to become followers of Christ and release them to live their lives in line with their God-given purpose.
2. To build believers in unity into strong churches with sound, biblical doctrine in our region.
3. To send out Christian workers to planting churches across the Myanmar.

Rev. Htun Lin - Church Pastor

Rev. Htun Lin’s passion for Jesus is unrelenting. Currently he serving the Load as a Church Pastor of Hope Christian Church. He oversees the church and its members by physically and spiritually. He strives to be a light and witness for Him, sharing the good news of salvation in this Buddhist land. He also run orphanage ministry. He married with Mai Ding Ngi and blessed with three kids.

Lwin Kwe serves in the role of Assistant Pastor. He is designed to support the overall ministry of the church and to assist the senior pastor in fulfilling the spiritual needs of the congregation. He is also responsible for overseeing church activities, including Bible studies or ministries, or managing administrative staff and budgets.
