Every year in the month of December, in the name of Christmas we have more freedom for reaching the unreached people in many places as the Lord opened different places. We visit their houses and share the message of Christmas with a Christmas gifts.
We invited Buddhist children who live near and far to come hear the love of God in Christ. Every year more than 50 children came! We shared Christmas stories and the message of salvation with song, drama, and preaching. We arranged some Christmas gifts such as clothing and toys.
Prayer is something everyone knows about. People of every religion pray to God in some way. Prayer is our declaration that of ourselves can do nothing and that we are dependent on God. We gather together every Friday morning and pray for the lost souls, ministries, churches, Christian and friends from around the world. We invite you (everyone) to share your prayer request to us so that we can pray for you.

The Church holds several evangelistic meetings, youth camp and children’s outreach, prison outreach and Christmas outreach events at various places throughout the year. We gather together for prayer every Friday followed by a home cell meeting in the evening of Sunday.
OUR MINISTRIES
Hope Christian Church uses many different methods to help instill leadership principles, such as one-one mentoring, small group mentoring, and large group training/ seminars. Many untrained pastors/workers from different churches and places were invited to come at pastoral training/conference whenever the church held with the powerful teaching and preaching of spiritual leaders, for the betterment of their future ministry.
Myanmar churches need youth ministry training! The total population is 54 million with 53% under the age of 29. Approximately 38% or 21 million, are between the ages of 10-29. The Hope Christian Church exist to REACH and RAISE up a generation to live for Jesus Christ, connecting, encouraging, and equipping young adults for their God-given purpose.
We tried to witness as much as we can carefully and wisely. People here would be very strongest in their Buddhism, since they are the strongest Buddhism even in Myanmar. We were able give some gospel tracts in the street, in the house and restaurants. We also give Burmese Bible for those who needy with freely. Praise God for His wonderful leading in His kingdom business in Myanmar.
The poor are suffering under lock-downs and quarantines. Hunger is rampant, and people have been reduced to eating rats. snakes, roots and whatever else they can find. Our COVID Hunger relief program is speeding emergency food to the poorest of the poor. We also involved in helping the people who run for the survival of their lives to Refugee camp, because of the civil conflict in Myanmar.

God has a special place in His heart for the poor and Jesus' compels us to have compassion and to take action. We are independent Christian Church, dedicated to serving Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. We do not discriminate against any group in Myanmar who needs help, and we will help anyone and denomination or religion. We do focus our efforts first on helping the Body of Christ, in obedience to Matthew 25: 35, which says,
"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me".
"You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving"
We believe that giving out of love is the true essence of ministry. That belief, and the love of Christ in our hearts, compels us to give our time, out talents, and our treasures to meet the needs of the poorest of the poor and the least of the brothers and sisters in Christ. Myanmar is currently under a second nation-wide lock-down as they try to prevent the spread of the virus. What this means is that most businesses have closed, many workers have been fired or furloughed, and people are greatly restricted in their movements. The hunger situation in these rural villages is becoming acute. The church used to help those hunger people time to time. We preach them about Christ the Savior whenever we do this relief program.
